What's provided?

Fishing Equipment and Tackle are included in your trip. Feel free to bring along your own equipment after discussion with the Captain. Water, sunscreen and all necessary Safety Equipment and First Aid.

Meeting locations

Depending on the time of season and fish species will determine meeting locations. The meeting locations are Plymouth Harbor, Taylor Point, Falmouth Harbor and Bass River.

Equipment & Vessel

Your fishing vessel for the day will be a Dorado Pro Guide 23. Equipped with a Live Well, Trolling Motor, Porta-Bracket & Jackplate (for running shallow water), Fish Finder, Down Scan and Side Scan. We will be fishing Thomas & Thomas Fly Rods with Orvis Mirage Reels and Cortland Fly Lines for Fly Fishing. Shimano Reels and Rods will be available for Light Tackle Spin Fishing with Cortland Master Braid spooled.

Capacity

One to Three Anglers. With the total number of Guests of 4 with a fishing Rotation. Ideally two fly anglers or three light tackle anglers.

Cancellations

The Captain will have an accurate weather forecast two days ahead of your scheduled trip. This will determine the possibility of Cancellation with the ability to Re-book.

Deposits and Refunds

A $100 Deposit will be collected at the time you book with RPS Fishing. This will be non-refundable and can be applied to future dates.

General Laws & Rules

All Children must be accompanied by an adult and wear a life vest at all times. If you have a medical condition please make the Captain aware of your needs. While fishing we will be abiding by all legal practices and abide by all laws both land and sea.

Clothing & Gear

Clothing and Gear is very important for your comfort. Depending on the time of year Warm Water Proof Clothing, Rubber Non-Skid Deck Boots for traction, Sun Protection, UV Breathable Clothing, UV Fishing Gloves or Wool Glove and Stripping Guards. Sunglasses with Polarized Lenses or Eyewear for safety.

Equipment failure versus equipment abuse

You will be accountable for equipment failure that is out of our control. Misuse or abuse in the result in equipment failure will result in a repair fee or replacement fee.
